We invent so many ways to express our love for our valentine.Buying gifts,making cards,planning surprises all of these become so delightful when someone put extra effort in it.How about giving the special one a scrumptious treat and earn a handful of ‘cupcake’(brownie☺️) points for the love and care that put together while baking it?
This year,instead of getting store-brought gift to make the day special,I went for preparing a sweet and savory dessert,chocolate cupcake.
Here is how I made it…..
Prep time-10-15min
Serving-7-8people
Ingredients:
For Chocolate Cupcake:
All purpose flour-1/2cup
Cocoa powder-1/4cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Baking soda-1/2tsp
Baking powder-1/2tsp
A pinch of salt
Oil-1/2cup
Boiled milk-1/2cup
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Chocolate-1/3cup
For Buttercream Frosting:
Icing sugar-2tsp
Unsalted butter-50gm
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Boiled milk-1tsp
Cocoa powder-1/2tsp
Some more things:
Cupcake liner or silicon cupcake liner
Sprinkles(optional)
Method:
For Cupcake:
◦ Mix all dry and wet ingredients together.
◦ Whisk them well until they are properly blended.
◦ Preheat airfryer in 350 degree C for 10 minutes.
◦ Once the airfryer is heated well,place the cupcakes into the pan and bake for 8-10min in 350 degree C.(For oven-350 degreeC for 15-20min)
For Buttercream Frosting:
◦ Blend all ingredients with a hand blender.
◦ Once they reach their creamy consistency ,put the mixture into a piping bag (with nozzle of your choice).
◦ Decorate the cake with the frosting and sprinkles on top.
